Grape variety: 100% Merlot

Tasting notes:
Black currant and strawberry aromas. Full mouth with fresh red fruits flavours. Light tannins. Spicy and subtle finish.

Winemaking: Grapes are harvested and immediately sent for the winemaking process in order to keep the optimum conditions. It starts with a slow fermentation under controlled temperature conditions in stainless steel tanks to preserve fruitiness. I rest for several months before bottling.=
