Pinot Grigio 2019: 
Grape variety: 100% Pinot Grigio

Tasting notes:
Clear, straw yellow colour. Apple and pineapple aromas. Light-bodied wine. Pleasantly soft palate and a long finish.

Winemaking: Grapes are harvested at optimal maturity levels. A soft pressing was used to enhance flavour extraction while imparting minimal colour from the skins. To intensify my tropical fruit flavours, a small part of overripen grapes is added.
